You will get an email notification once the order is shipped.
All the tables sold on www.expantables.com are shipped and assembled in your home. We proudly offer free shipping on all orders at www.expantables.com. The only stipulations are that you must have a physical address (no P.O. boxes) and you must be in the 48 continental states. We ship all our products through various heavy freight companies (LTL freight carriers) to a warehouse near your residence. Once it arrives, the warehouse will contact you to schedule a convenient date and time for delivery and installation.
Our products are packaged properly to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
Receiving Shipments - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our products are packaged properly to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition.
Please be aware that we add on the highest service level with our LTL (heavy freight) carriers, which is called "Shipping and Installation".
When you receive an LTL shipment, you or a representative must be present at the delivery location, since the package must receive a signature after assembly is completed.
Please follow this course of action when receiving shipments:
1. Inspect the boxes from all angles.
If the boxes show any kind of damage, we ask you take pictures of the damaged box/boxes.
2. In most cases, the damage to the box does not mean that the merchandise is damaged.
3. In case of damage to the merchandise, we ask you to take pictures of the damage/damages and send them immediately to us. If it is a small damage and the table can still be installed, please allow the installers to assemble the table and you can use it until you receive a replacement part or we will schedule a repair technician to repair the damage.
4. If the damage does not allow the technicians to assemble the table and www.extantables.com cannot replace the damaged part within a week, the technicians will take the table back to their warehouse and the warehouse will reschedule the delivery after receiving the replacements parts.
5. Once the assembly of the table was done to your satisfaction, please sign the shipping forms provided by the technicians.
Defective Products or Missing Parts
The vast majority of our orders are delivered in perfect condition. Occasionally, however, products are found to have defective or missing parts. In this case, replacement parts will be shipped to you free of charge.
If, however, you want to return the item due to defective parts instead of waiting for replacement parts, you will be responsible for a standard return, which will include restocking fees of 15% and return freight charges. We strongly encourage you to wait for replacement parts in this case.
